Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, and any message or project details you enter. We do not ask for or collect payment information through this website.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically through analytics — see “Analytics” below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, answer your question, schedule an inspection or estimate, and otherwise communicate with you about the roofing services you asked about. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry.

Email Delivery

When you submit a form, the information is delivered to us by email through Resend, a third-party transactional email service. Resend processes the message solely to deliver it to our team and does not use your information for its own marketing purposes.

Spam Protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused tool that verifies you're a real visitor (not an automated bot) before a submission is accepted. Turnstile performs this check without the intrusive puzzles used by older CAPTCHA systems.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site. This helps us improve the site and our service. Analytics data collection runs through Google's Consent Mode, which adjusts what is measured based on the consent choice you make (where such a choice is presented). Google Analytics does not receive the information you submit through our contact or quote forms.

We also keep our own record of the contact actions taken on this site. When you submit a form, tap a phone number to call, or tap a number to send a text, we log that action together with your IP address, the approximate city and region that address resolves to, your device type and browser, the page you were on, and how you first arrived at the site. We use this only to understand which enquiries came from the website and to measure whether our marketing is working. It is not sold or shared for advertising. Tapping a call or text link does not give us your phone number — no website can see it. We learn it only if you actually call or text, in the same way any business sees an incoming caller ID.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies associated with the services described above (analytics, spam protection, and the contact record described under “Analytics”). One of them stores how you first reached the site — the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags — so that a later enquiry can be credited to the right source. Sharing of Information

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking roofing services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
