Roof Inspection

A roof inspection is the cheapest insurance there is against a roof problem — it catches wear, failing flashing, and storm damage while they're still small and fixable, before they become a leak that reaches the decking and the rooms below. Inspections make the most sense at predictable moments: before you buy or sell a home, after a major storm, and periodically on an aging roof to know how much life is left in it.

A real inspection looks at more than the shingles. We check the roof surface for wear and damage, the flashing at every wall, valley, chimney, and penetration where leaks usually begin, and — where it's safely accessible — the underside from the attic for signs of water intrusion that haven't shown up inside yet. You get a written condition assessment with photos and a straight answer on the most useful question of all: repair or replace.
